Help us to prepare a place in our hearts for you.
This time of year it gets so busy –
cards to write, presents to wrap,
and all that special food to buy…
Help us to remember what it’s all for,
Who it’s all about.
Amongst the glitter, the rush, the excitement
May we remember you
Take time to pause and reflect
prepare that space
where you can live
in us –
not just this Christmas,
but everyday.
And of course once you find out you are pregnant there are things to do, decisions to make.
When are you going to tell people? How will it change your life, and if you’re the mother, your body? What needs to be done to make way for this new little person in your life?
Questions to ponder in the build up to Christmas. What are you going to tell people about his coming? How does Jesus being in your life change it? What do you need to do to prepare to make room for him?…

We’ve been waiting for you.
You are the one who can change this world

As you come, bring peace, and love
Bring inspiration and hope
Bring freedom, bring comfort.
Challenge us, call us and lead us
